On my first day in the company, I sat in the chairman's office while Valentino stepped up to straighten things out for me.

Several assistants in the secretary's office were directly dismissed.

Some old employees were also let go because they didn't cooperate with me.

Valentino informed a large number of absent senior managers and old employees that if they didn't want to stay at Rex Corp, they could leave immediately.

As the new chairman, my actions sparked dissatisfaction among the employees, but they also pushed everyone to work for me.
