HER steps quickened as she walked away but not like her pacing heart, it was hard to picture and the more she tried to understand the harder it was for her to believe that what she had actually saw was real and not just her mere thoughts.

When she got to her room she closed the door behind her and with her back against the cold frames of the door she placed her hands on her beating heart as if to tell it to be still.

A cold tear dropped from her eyelids, when it fell on the back of her palms she was surprised at the fact that she was crying when she shouldn't be.

Her brief moment of sorrow was distracted by a knock from the door.

She knew it couldn't be Melvin at the door as there was no way he could have come after her.

Regardlessly Khloe hesitated before opening the door, she wiped the tears from her eyes.

"Hello?" She said looking at the person at the door surprised, "what are you doing here?"

She stared at Christopher, shocked and surprised that he was there to start with.
