My eyes fluttered open slowly and my lashes fluttered as well, a groan laced with pain escaped my lips because it felt like my head was spinning as I felt a sharp pain in my head.

However, as soon as my eyes opened slowly, I squeezed them shut instantly because of the blinding lights that slipped through my eyelids, causing it to feel like the nerves inside of me were being squeezed.

With my eyes squeezed shut, I remained in the same position for what looked like minutes, and when the pain that emanated from my head seemed like it was reducing a bit. I flicked my nose open and beautiful s scents of lavender wafted through my nostrils and it felt and seemed like I was in heaven.

The scent wasn't only flowery but it was heavenly and it felt like I could drown in that scent for the rest of my life. That was the only thing that I wanted, to drown in something that brought peace and serenity to my soul.
