Throbbing

My head was banging with pain and it was throbbing. My eyes struggled to flutter open and my head kept pounding and I couldn't help as a wince escaped my lips. The blinding lights from the window seeped through my eyelids as the light from the window caused me to squeeze my eyes shut.

As I lay in the silence, the memories from earlier flooded my head and the only thing that I wanted to do was just to drown in the silence. However, in slow motion, I tried to recollect how I had found myself in this state when the realization dawned on me that I had fallen asleep after Ananyah gave me my medications.

I couldn't help but to heave a sigh and I found it extremely hard to even lift my leg and my whole body was weak and heavy to move.

Every time that I wandered off and acted recklessly as Ananyah would always say, she would always feed me with my medication because she claimed that would calm me down.
