"Doctor, how is he?" Lucian asked worriedly as the doctor walked out of the room.

"My king, your uncle ..." the doctor paused for a moment, staring into Lucian's eyes with worry filling his eyes. "His health is getting worse and worse. I think it's not his illness that made him like that, but it's because of the sadness in his heart."

The worry and sadness gripped Lucian even more upon hearing what the doctor said. Ever since Lucian returned from the Vidonia kingdom, his uncle's health was getting worse by the day.

The doctor immediately held Lucian's arm as he was about to open the bedroom door, making him look into his eyes. "My king, you better not see him now. He still doesn't want to see you. Don't make him angry," the doctor said, and took his hand from Lucian's arm.
