Going home everyone is quiet, unsure of how things will go tomorrow. It will be hard; they plan to talk to the witches before Alaric appears, but the witches are smart and some will be able to sense that he’s been there so frequently. Willow finds herself drifting asleep in Alaric’s arms, smiling and happy. He agreed; she hadn’t expected him to agree, not so soon anyway. She also never expected him to propose. She guesses, lately, he’s just been very unexpected.
Waking up the next morning she smiles, glancing to Alaric as she kisses him gently.
“Morning,” he smiles at her as he slowly sits up. “No time for lying here and cuddling. I need to leave before your visitors arrive.”
Willow nods and laughs, both of them getting ready and walking downsta
Alaric finds himself tuning in to Willow sporadically to check she is okay, the sound of Azalea crying making him hurt, his head shaking as he stands.“Mate, give them chance to tell the witches about you,” says Gwenael, but Alaric shakes his head again.“No. She was crying when I left, it’s been an hour since then and she’s worse than before. I need to check, there are too many there for me to see clearly. Anything could be wrong.” He can’t ignore it; leaving he walks quickly there and stops outside before he opens the door, everyone turning to look at him.His eyes flit to Azalea cuddled up against Willow, her face hidden in Willow’s chest.“What did you all do to her?” Azalea unpeels herself from Willow at the sound of Alaric’s voice, running to him and enveloping him in a huge bear hug.“Nothing. This is only going to get more complicated if anything, so sit down, Alaric. M
“She might be.” Katarina wonders aloud. “We won’t know until we try.”“No! You are not testing a theory out on her. What if she dies trying, then what? I won’t agree to it.” He looks around at them all.“I have to agree with him; until we can be sure she is strong enough we can’t risk it. All the other witches turned: they didn’t just draw the magic in, they turned into vampires before dying.”Willow looks towards Zander, shocked. “I agree, I won’t do it. I won’t risk becoming that even if I’ll die straight after, no way.” Katarina nods slightly.“In that case, Willow, you have to try every day to unlock more, to unlock the next step. If it is foreseen that you and Alaric will marry, then fine
Willow finds out more about her parents as Katarina talks about them; about how she had watched them grow up alongside Rosita. Rosita tells her stories about her parents and how she practiced spells next to them. Willow finds herself worn out, going over and over everything so that Katarina understands. While there were battles, Willow knows it is nothing compared to the battle that will take place when they meet the vampires. Most have spent centuries ensuring they didn’t kill while feeding, so the threat that the Monventla may change that scares them all.DAN“You said I could have her.” He looks towards Marcel, waiting.“Which has ch
WILLOWIt’s been a few weeks since Camille disappeared and no-one has seen or heard from her. The wedding planning seems to be going well, with Azalea helping Willow, but there’s something odd about the absence of Camille that worries Willow. She’d at least like to know where Camille is, for peace of mind if not anything else. It’s quiet in the house; Alaric left around a week ago to spread the word about the alliance between the werewolves and the witches, and Azalea’s spending the day with Zander and the rest of the coven.“Morning, queen,” comes a deep voice from behind her. Willow jumps up and hugs Alaric tightly.“Did you miss me?” He asks, inhaling the familiar scent of her and smiling as sh
“Before I left I noticed Azalea was distracted and not herself,” he begins, his hands clasped together on the table in front of him. “Same when I got back. You can all think you have us fooled but you haven’t. Why the hell does she feel like everyone hates her and is looking at her like she is Camille?” He glances around the table, the witches completely silent amongst themselves. “So no-one’s going to explain? She wouldn’t just make that up; something must have happened. You witches may be happy having a child feel like they should hide away from your world but I’m not. If I ever find out anyone is making her feel excluded I don’t care if it starts a war, I will kill you.” Alaric turns upon hearing Willow’s loud gasp, Zander putting his hands up.“Look, hands up, it was a mistake, okay? The first few days, yes, everyone was looking at her, because they could see the small parts of
While he sleeps, he could swear he hears movement around him; his body trying to get up but unable to as everything goes quiet again.“Alaric?” He hears Willow’s voice as her hands shake him slightly; opening his eyes he looks at her confused. “Let’s get to bed, today has been long.” Kissing him she walks to their room, Alaric following her feeling bewildered if anything. He’s almost sure he heard her moving around before she woke him up. Too tired to even consider it right now, he finds himself falling asleep again, only this time his arms are wrapped tightly around Willow, their breathing slowly becoming gentler as they drift off in harmony.Willow and Alaric find the week passing by quicker than any other as they concentrate on the wedding. Alaric hasn’t heard anything about Camille or if she has been seen since she went to the Monventla, which he assumes means no-one has heard anything. It’s morning now, and he&
Alaric turns to looks forward, his heart racing. Azalea is here, which means Willow is next, and if he listens closely he can hear the sound of her footsteps underneath the music.“Want me to slow it down?” Azalea whispers. “I can if you need me to.”“No, I’d rather not have my arms broken on my wedding day,” he winks. “Anyway, it’s not fast enough for me to shift. Don’t worry, kid.” She nods, pouting slightly at his comment. Turning he glances behind him, unable to resist any longer, and his smile grows as Willow reaches him. It’s been two days of not seeing her. He wraps his arms around her, pulling her closer. “I missed you,” he murmurs, too quietly for anyone but Willow to hear; and his eyes scan her body with an approving grin. “You look amazing.”“How about now, Alaric? She was trying to warn you,” whispers Azalea. Alaric glances to Azalea, con
Willow moans, her hands feeling across his body, her mind trying to remember to keep linked to him. Her moans get louder as Alaric kisses along her neck, slowly kissing down her body until he is kneeling in front of her. He looks up and smirks before sliding his hands into her underwear, letting the lace drop to the carpet. He presses his mouth softly against her sex, tonguing gently as her hands tangle into his hair. His mouth kissing down as his tongue begins to tease her, slipping inside. Willow’s moans get louder as his tongue moves quicker, the wetness from within her dripping free onto his tongue as she orgasms. She feels him smile against her stomach as he kisses back up her body, their lips meeting as at the same time Alaric grasps her hips, sliding his cock into her sex. Willow’s head falls forward onto his shoulder as his hips begin moving, his hands holding her tighter and against the wall.
