Chapter 94

I stood in front of the door, pacing back and forth while I rubbed my sweaty palms together. My heart almost fell out of my chest and my temples were starting to throb from the thoughts that began to linger in my head. Aside from the tremendous beating of my heart, all I could hear was my sandals clicking against the floor. As much as I wanted to stay calm and composed before I could go out of the main door to catch the pack’s attention, I couldn’t help the nervousness that began to devour me. And I guess unprepared vow was also the reason why my mind was in an uproar.
