23. She Chose the Wrong Opponent

When Denise was around fourteen years old, she remembers because it was four years after her grandfather's death, Georgina thought she could frame her by stealing her father's emergency cash that was always kept in a drawer in his office. That was a place even Georgina herself wasn't allowed in.

Denise was busy cleaning as usual and this day, she noticed that Georgina kept going after her and because Denise wasn't born an idiot, she suspected something fishy was in the offing and she pretended that she hadn't realised that Georgina had been monitoring her every move. When Georgina was sure that Denise was in the kitchen very busy and wouldn't be getting out of there any time soon, she snuck upstairs into her father's study.
