A five-year-old girl, with green hair that fell to her ass and green eyes, sat in class with her small legs crossed above the desk in front of her.
A female teacher, holding a pen and a book in hand, stared at her with an I'm giving up look'. The little girl has been acting all bossy since she was brought to school in the morning and has refused to learn, saying all that was written on the board was trash.
“Miracle. Can you swing your legs off the desk? That is meant for writing, not keeping legs.“ The teacher said it one last time, her voice raising a little.
She thought maybe bringing sternity would scare the little girl, but she was wrong. Miracle only rolled her eyes at her and fixed them on a certain boy sitting in the front row.
His name was Zach Junior, and he was the class bully. At his age, he had made a name for himself as the school's prince.
Girls were swooned by his handsomeness, and they would surround him all the time, offering their lunches and pocket money to him. Of course, a greedy person like him wouldn't say no.
Every time they would offer him food and money, he would throw their dishes in the nearest trash can and keep the money to himself. He would then chase them away and say that they disgusted him.
“Throwing yourselves at me? Aren't you ashamed!?“ He would question them.
For the clingy ones, who wouldn't leave him even if he barked the orders, he would lure them into an empty classroom and pull their hairs until they swore to not look at or even go any closer toward him.
Zach Junior hasn't concentrated in any of his classes since the arrival of the new girl, Miracle.
Since her features were not like anyone he had ever seen and no one had them, she stood out everywhere in school.
He was bewitched by her, and strangely, he wished that she would approach him. The other girls disgusted him, but not a bit by that Miracle girl.
When the girl kept on stairing at him, he winked his eyes and smiled sweetly at her. The other girls, who had witnessed his glances toward Miracle since morning, rolled their eyes in jealosy, some even planning to bully her when break time arrives.
“Miracle, I am talking to you, and when someone older than you is talking, you need to obey!“ The teacher's voice rose, but it never bothered her.
She rolled her eyes again, sighed deeply, and then turned her gaze to Zach Junior. "Didn't your mother ever teach you?“ She asked loud enough for him to hear.
All attention was turned to her.
First, it was rude to speak in class without the teacher's permission; secondly, why was she telling Zach Junior that? Didn't she know who he was? He was the only son of Alpha Zach and Luna Venessa!
“What?“ Zach Junior, who didn't expect Miracle to actually strike up a conversation with him, asked back, fucking the school rule of never talking in class.
Miracle scoofed, then crossed her hands on her flat chest. Zach did the same thing that offended her, since her eyes narrowed into tiny splits, the green in her eyes glowing with hints of black. “That looking at girls like that is forbidden?
“What look?“ Zack Junior asked. Even the teacher was curious because she stopped making her behave and sat in her chair, listening to their verbal exchange.
“Are you that dumb?“ Miracle stressed the dumb word. The class gasped since no one had ever talked to him like that. Let alone call him dumb!
The only person who didn't seem to mind was Zach Junior himself. Hell, she can curse me and call me names all she wants, as long as a rare beauty like her is talking to me! He thought inwardly.
“I am not dumb, Miracle. It's just that I don't understand what you are saying," he responded, a smile spreading across his cute, small face.
“Is that not being dumb?“ She sized him with her eyes, then continued, "Let me break it down for you, dumb boy. Your mom never taught you that you aren't supposed to look at girls as if there were ornaments and jewelry."She asked, this time clearly.
"No, and even if she had, I wouldn't have listened to her. You are beautiful, Miracle.“ The little guy confessed.
The teacher held her hand over her mouth to stop herself from gasping aloud.
Just when was it that first-grade kids became that bold?
“I don't care, dumb boy,” Miracle's tone changed from rude to icy and cold: You look at me like that again, and I'm going to pluck your eyes out.“
From the way her eyes had turned entirely into black, empty orbs, as if they held no life, the teacher knew it was time she intervened since Miracle meant what she had just said.
“Miracle, we don't say that? Didn't your mother teach you that?“ She used the same question she had used in Zach Junior.
“Know how to develop your own lines!“ She growled at Miss Eva, who was taken aback by her growl, and then, turning to Zach Junior, she said in a cold voice, "My mom will be celebrating her 26th birthday in three days, and I don't know what to gift her.“
“Oh,” Zach responded, "you need my help in picking a gift for her?“ He asked, her cold voice and empty eyes that were sending chills through everyone's body not having any effect on him.
“No, but if you dare look at me like that again,” She swung her legs off the table and leaned in her chair. “You'll help me in great time because, you know what, I'll pluck those eyes out and gift them to her. Boy, they look exactly like someone she loathes with so much passion, and as for your little heart, I'm going to pluck it out and feed it to my wolf!“ With that, she blared her fangs at him, causing the whole class to run out while screaming.
Clever girl! She had actually remembered the eyes of a certain woman she saw on television, and her mother confessed to hating her with so much passion.
Zach junior, who hadn't expected Miracle to shift from an angel to a little demon in a short time, ran out of the class alongside the others, the words “she is a demon, she is a demon" escaping his lips.
“To the principal's office, now!“ Miss Eva lost her calm and yelled at her.
“Better. Who wanted to be in your stupid class anyway?“ She asked back, then started walking out of the class in a leisurely manner. In fact, she took a blue-stick candy that she had sneaked in class from her backpack. After unwrapping it she brought it to her mouth while holding gazes with her teacher.
Reaching the teacher's desk, she threw the wrapper at her face, stuck her blue tongue out at her because of the candy, and walked to the principal's office.
“I am going to deal with you, young lady; just watch out!“ Miss Eva yelled at her as she ran around trying to take the other kids back to class.
With evil laughter, Miracle responded to her threat, "I dare you, Eva.“
Thirty minutes later, Wendy Queen arrived at the school, breathing heavily, and ran to the principal's office.
“What happened?“ She asked while barging into the principal's office. When she received a call and was asked to go to school immediately because of her daughter, she abandoned everything she was doing and rushed over, thinking that her daughter was sick.
The first scene that caught her eye when she walked in was her little demon, her hair left loose, sitting in the principal's chair, her legs folded over the table.
Didn't she asked never yo untie her hair.
With a deep sigh escaping her lips, she immediately knew what had happened; she had been dealing with that in her previous school as well.
"Miracle, darling, what did I tell you about sitting like that?“ She asked, knitting her brows at her.
Miracle, who was eating candy and hadn't seen her mother walking in, raised her head to look at her, and with a mischevious smirk on her face, she responded, “Remind me, mother.”
“Miracle!“ One stern call from her mother brought her back to her senses. She groaned and grumpled a dragged fine before she swung her legs off the table.
“So, what did you do today?“ She didn't bother to ask the principal because, from her shocked face, she knew she wasn't going to respond to her.
Miracle sighed in boredom and then responded, "There is this little boy in my class calling himself Zach Junior.“
“MMh,” she nodded,” what's with him?“
“He kept on looking at me as if I were a piece of steak, mother. He gave me the hungry look Yana gives to her tuna.“ Yana was her cat.
“And?“ With her hands folded under her breasts, she asked, nodding at the girl to continue.
“Well, I dismissed him with a tiny warning.“
“A tiny warning? I wonder how tiny it was because if it were really tiny, mommy wouldn't have been called here, am I right?“ She asked her.
“Fine mom,” Miracle slumped herself on the couch and then explained,” I only warned him that if he'd dare look at me like that ever again, I'd pluck his eyes out and gift them to you on your 26th birthday, and since we share a birthday, I told him that I wouldn't be spairing his heart as well, but I'll gift it to my wolf since she'll be turning six with me.“
Wendy sighed. She walked to her daughter and sat beside her. After a heavy silence, she asked the principal to excuse them. She also asked her to do her the favor of not telling anyone that she was back in the city.
When the principal was away from them and she had locked the door from inside, she said to her, "It was bad for him to look at you as if you were a piece of steak, sweetheart, but you weren't supposed to threaten him like that. You should have used a gentle way to do that.“
“Mom,” Miracle looked at her mother in the eyes, then said, "pieces of shit like him are supposed to be threatened like that.“
“Miracle!“ Wendy called in warning, “What did I tell you about using that language? You have already made a mistake on your first day by not listening to your teachers and threatening your classmates. Is that not enough?“
“He reminded me of that Zion kid that I hate so much, mom. I was starting to get scared, so I had to... Her voice started breaking as her eyes watered.
Seeing an old wound rekindled in her daughter's memory, Wendy pulled her child into her embrace. “It's okay, sweetheart. Zion was just mesmerized by your beauty. I have told you before, honey. People tend to stare at beautiful people and things. The only thing we can do is ignore it. Pretend that you haven't seen them stairing at you, or if you don't like it, you can ask them politely to stop looking at you and maybe report them to an elder when they refuse to listen.“
Zion, a kid at Miracle's old school, was always mesmerized by Miracle's green eyes and hair. He would always try to get close to her and would sometimes give her gifts.
One day, when Miracle dozed off during a math class, she woke up to find Zion playing and sniffing her hair. She screamed and refused to go back to school from that day on, saying that Zion was weird and behaved like a dog.
According to her, it's only dogs that are supposed to go around sniffing people's scents.
“Still.“ She insisted.
“I can't justify the way you handled that, sweetheart. Do you want me to go talk to him?“ She asked, playing with her hair.
“No mom. It's like I told you; I have already dealt with it. He won't dare stare at me again. And mom, I don't see why Miss Eva and the principal are so worked up. It's not like I took action. It was a mere warning. An empty threat!“ She complained.
“Yes, it wasn't an action, but don't you think your empty threat was too dark and creepy? Next time, do it politely. And in fact, you are going to apologize to Miss Eva for being rude to her.“
“Leave Miss Eva out of this. And as for my threat being too dark, it wasn't, mother. Just a little, maybe, and didn't you say the exact same thing to that Zion kid as well? Why am I in the wrong when I was just imitating what you said and did to him that day?“
Wendy Queen became dumbstruck. The words, "If you dare look at my daughter like that again or sniff her hair, I'll pluck your eyes out and gift them to her for her third birthday and feed your little heart to my wolf as she turns twenty-three years old!" came hunting her down.
That little demon she has as a daughter—did she eavesdrop on her warning Zion that day?
“Miracle, mommy…”
She wanted to tell her that she was wrong for threatening that Zion kid that way, but she was cut off. “Spare me the talk, mommy. It's just like I said earlier: pieces of shit like him need to be dealt with that way, or else they'll go around sniffing girls' hair.“
Miracle, language! Wendy Queen wanted to scream, but her little demon beat her into it. “I am starving, mom. We better get going. Education sucks anyway." She screamed these words at the top of her lungs.
The principal, Miss Griffin, who had been eavesdropping on their conversation all along, looked at the bouncy, wavy green hairs of the mother and daughter as they dispersed down the corridor.
In her hand, where she was holding her phone, she quickly uploaded a photo of two people she had secretly captured on her social media accounts.
“Let the world blow!“ She smirked, going back to her office. “And as for you little demon, I don't know what to say, but who would have expected Wendy Queen to come out of the blue?“ She asked no one in particular.
Alpha Zach arrived home tired, as usual. The Butler greeted him at the door, and he hummed in response, took off his jacket, hung it, and walked to the living room. He doesn't fancy going back home, but he knows he has to do it because he is a family man. A trace of disapproval flashed across his eyes the moment he sat on the couch. His mind traveled to the past, and the moment he would arrive home, Wendy would run to the door to welcome him. She would help him take off his coat and even ask him how his day was. Even though he would elbow her aside and remain mute to her sweet greetings, she would still swallow her pain and continue maintaining a smile on her face. When he arrives at the table, he will find his evening snacks already freshly baked for him and waiting for him at the dining table. He would also find magazines of the day arranged there for him in case he wanted to go through them while leisurely sipping on his coffee and munching on his snack. Most of all, the hous
In a secluded mansion deep in the forest, three people sat on a spacious couch, looking at the TV screen in front of them. One was five years old, while the other's were two grown men. Behind them, on the staircase, a slender woman, with a black robe loosely worn to cover her flushed body, walked downstairs, her damp green hair flowing to her ass and a glass of water in her hand. “What are you all stairing at? I thought I had given you work to do.“ She said to the two men, and then, turning to the toddler, she sighed, “Darling, didn't I ask you to go upstairs and get in bed? It's past your bedtime!“ “I am not a baby mom.“ The toddler rolled her eyes before a mischevious glimmer flashed across her eyes. “You were five the last time I checked. And I don't like that glimmer in your eyes.“ The woman shook her head, rolling her eyes in response. “You never told me you were dead, mom, but I guess that explains our rare features and capabilities.“ The toddler giggled. "D..." she stamme
When everyone in the hotel started stairing at Alpha Rasmore after his wolf howled and calling the foreigner "mate," he rushed out of the hotel. "Quickly, take me to the Blind Forest." He urged his assistant, letting him take the lead. He was not mistaken. That foreign girl was his mate. But how? He had really tried hard to keep himself from following her. Her lemon-like natural scent made his nose twitch. His wolf wanted to be let out to mark her. Her scent burned him, awakening a sudden desire in the pit of his stomach. It's been so long since he's gotten to smell that scent. A scent that calmed him down whenever he was angry. A scent that took his breath away. What he couldn't understand was how he could possibly have two mates and both alive. He knew of the fact that goddesses gave second time mates to people after their real partners pass away. Did that mean Karen Milburn was dead? "No, no, she isn't." "You are just overthinking." "Calm down, Alpha Rasmore, calm down." He inhal
"Miss Milburn, aren't we paying your twins a visit?" Kelvin asked, going into her room. He handed her a glass of tea and slumped on the couch beside her."Not anymore." She replied, sipping on it leisurely."But, Karen, I've bought flowers and everything we needed for their anniversary." Harriet complained about coming from the bathroom with a big bag on her hands. It had flowers, sweets, and a strawberry cake too. Her twins' favorite cake was the one with strawberry flavor. "Earlier, I went to the palace to plead your case, Harriet. But what I heard shocked me." Patrilia said."What did you do here?" She asked while sitting beside him."I heard Alpha Cameroon telling his men to rush to the cementry because a spy had reported that Karen Milburn would be going there in the evening to celebrate her parent's and twin's death anniversaries." Patrilia told them."What?" They gasped in unison. "But how did the spy know about Karen Milburn's arrival to the pack?" Harriet asked."It seemed l
Alpha Rasmore couldn't believe what he had just heard. Was Karen Milburn included in the Strawberry Pack? When did she show up? Where was she staying, and how was it that no hotel had reported her arrival to him? He had made it clear that the moment anyone spotted her, he should be told directly. "What the fuck?" He yelled, throwing a glass of water against the wall. He tore his fingernails apart and didn't care. Blood rushed through his veins and clogged up in his muscles. He signed heavily when he saw his father burning in anger. He was outside the palace, assigning the guards to go and attack her. He wanted her in his grip. Alpha Rasmore contemplated whether he should tell them the truth or not. No one was aware that he had Karen's stepsister in the dungeon waiting for her judgment day. He was waiting for the perfect time, and it seemed like the perfect time he had been longing for was there. There was only one thing he was afraid of, and that's why he had never told anyone about K
Karen Milburn chuckled as she flew high among the clouds. She giggled, shaking her wings in a playful manner, earning gasps from Kelvin and Patrilia. She was already in her dragon form. When the palace guards arrived at the forest to check the cause of the spreading fire, she was left with no choice but to shift and take her assistants along with her. They had settled on changing their names, but they lacked enough time to register their new names in the registry book. Harriet only proceeded with clearing their names from the lodge. Now anyone looking for them would get the response that they had checked out.Harriet had given the date and time of their departure. She didn't want anyone to question or suspect what they had done. When she first heard Kelvin and Patrilia asking Karen Milburn to fly them to another place, she cried so hard that she lost consciousness. She couldn't believe that Karen was leaving her again. She cried, begging to be taken along with them, and Karen had to b
No one could believe what they had just heard. Karen Milburn was gone? How, when, and where to? That was the question that Alpha Rasmore threw at his beta the moment he brought the news."I am so sorry, Alpha Rasmore." Where she has gone is something that none of us can figure out. I think we should wait a few more days. She may come back again. He offered advice, resting his head on the sofa's headboard. "What about that b*tch I asked to be brought out here?" Alpha Cameroon asked the guards. They both sighed and lowered their heads. Where were they going to start at? The bitch had escaped, and none of them wanted to break the news. They thought it would be better if he found out by himself."Where's the goddamn bitch?" He thundered, his knuckles turning ash white. "I want her out of here; don't you both get that?" He asked, storming furiously towards the dungeon. With one kick, the metal door broke open. He had asked all the guards to gather in the pack's hall because there was some
Kelvin and Patrilia trailed behind the invisible figure as he carried Karen away. Where they were being led was something they couldn't understand, and neither of them was courageous enough to ask that person."We are going to a cave not far from where you guys were at." The voice answered their unasked questions. The person was reading their minds. They sighed in relief when they arrived at the cave. It looked like a cave from the outside, but it was a nice, cozy house from the inside. The cave was filled with expensive-looking couches, a huge flat-screen TV pinned to the wall, and a glassy table supporting a huge green bow that was holding apples of different colors.Their hands collided as they both reached for the apples to munch on them. The voice chuckled at their behavior, and they all looked away, embarrassed."There is no need for you to be shy." "I'm sure Karen would have done the same if she wasn't unconscious." He laughed, carrying Karen to the inner room."The kitchen is

Elinda stood at the door, her hands akimbo, waiting for Ana. Due to the voice-tracking devices she had planted in her hair strands, she was waiting for her to come and lie on her face. She had once asked her not to build high hopes on her getting a chance with Alpha Rasmore because it was not possible, but she never heard that advice, saying she was a jealous freak. She had laughed until she ended up rolling on the floor when she overheard her conversation with her dad over the phone. She was excited when she saw her father tripping in with the other elders, and she had even packed up her suitcase, saying she would be moving into Alpha Rasmore's room when things were finalized. She kept on taunting her, saying she was cursed because she would be the only girl at the palace without a partner. Since she was not in the mood to argue with her, she simply asked her to mind her own business and leave her alone. "Hey Ana, how is the progress?" She asked her the moment she walked in. Because
Rasmore was woken up by Hashmuk, who told him that the elders were there to talk to him. He groaned, turned on his bed, and went back to sleep. Hashmuk, who thought that the elders were there for an important meeting, quickly took his shower and decided to attend the meeting on his behalf. He found the elders sitting in groups of two, discussing in low voices. They both jerked up their heads to look at him with confusion written all over their faces. "I am sure that you were all expecting Alpha Rasmore, but he is out to finalize a business deal," he lied. There was no way he was going to tell them that their alpha was still asleep and had refused to attend the meeting. He cleared his throat and then said, "If there is any problem you are facing, then you can all discuss it with me." "Trust me, I'll make sure that Alpha Rasmore learns all of your needs when he comes back," he said, sitting on the chair. The elders didn't say anything, but they kept staring at one particular elder who
Harriet was walking along the corridor, going back to her friends, when someone sneaked up from behind her and covered her mouth with his rough palm. She tried wriggling herself into a fight with that person to let her go, but her struggles bore no fruit. She was dragged into a room where she couldn't see anything because her eyes were partially covered and the door was closed behind her. Her heart races, thinking that maybe she was abducted. Behind her, a distant voice chuckled, and she just clicked, waiting for that person to let go of her. She was pushed roughly on the bed, and she knew what that was going to be. "Sonnny, seriously, did you have to kidnap me?" "You could have asked me to come with you," she complained. "Would you have come, huh?" I have been trying to talk to you since morning, but what have you done? "You just keep on flicking that tongue of yours at them and then running away, so obviously, this is the only way I could get you," he responded, taking off his bib
"Have you two made up?" Harriet asked worriedly the moment Patricia and Peter walked out of the room. She sighed in relief when Peter walked out after Patricia and then held his hands. She gasped as she looked at them, wondering if Patricia had told Peter about his feelings. "Yeah, I have confessed my feelings," Patrilia admitted, as if she had read her mind. He spoke shyly."And?" Harriet was eager to know. "Peter, what was your response, and how did he confess?" She asked, squealing like a fangirl."He wanted us to be fuck buddies, but that's just impossible," Peter said, chuckling."I thought he had confessed, like he really loves you; I didn't expect him to ask you for a fuckbuddy deal," she pouted, folding her hands under her boobs."He did confess his feelings, but there was something he was wrong about." Peter cleared his throat, and when Harriet raised her brows in confusion, he explained, "He asked me to be bed buddies with him because he thought I wasn't in love with him." H
Pat stirred in his sleep, turning to face the other side. A cold substance touched his wrists, and he jerked up, struggling to flutter open his heavy eyelids. Something soft and ticklish trailed down his chest and stomach and then touched his shaft. When he opened his eyes, Hashmuk was sitting between his wide-spread legs, and he sat up, blushing profusely. He tried to pull the quilt over his nakedness, but Peter bit him because he grabbed all the covers on the bed and threw them away."What are you doing, Peter?" He asked. Peter, who was determined to get what he wanted, kept ignoring him. "Lift your hips, pretty boy." He asked him. Pat blushed as he struggled to untie his legs from his tight grip. "You will be hurt, honey." Just lift your hips. You don’t need to be shy. "You did that last night, didn’t you?" He winked. Kelvin averted his gaze, embarrassed. The echoes of his moans and all the activities of the previous night echoed back to his eardrums. "Shit, did I beg him to fuck m
At the dining room, the atmosphere was mixed. It was gloomy for Patricia but normal and interesting for the others. When Harriet volunteered to go and ask Peter to come out for breakfast, Patricia was happy, thinking that he would agree to Harriet's request, but he didn't. He lied to Harriet, claiming he wasn't hungry and would eat later, but he did so for him.He sighed for the umpteenth time, digging his fork into the food but never eating it. The food was suddenly bland and had no taste. Peter in his room kept on sighing, not able to hold his frustrations any longer. He slept on the bed, staring at the ceiling."Why did I do that?" he asked himself, turning on the bed as if all the ants in the world had come to be his bedmates. "Why did we do this, pal?" He inquired of his wife, who was deafeningly silent."Great, that's really great of you," he yelled at his wolf. "You always push me to do such things and then go silent when things worsen," he said, clicking loudly and roughing his
After Harriet was done taking her shower, she wiped her body with another towel and retreated back to the room to dress. After getting dressed, she was supposed to run to her friends and tell them she had spent the night at a boyfriend's house. After they were done playing cards the previous night, Sonny dragged her to his room without telling her friends. When they awoke to find her not in her room, she could tell they were worried."Aren't you going to take a shower?" She asked Sonny, who was still sleeping on the bed. "You said you have something important to do; has it become less important now?" She chuckled, picking up the light blue summer dress she had earlier chosen from the floor. When Sonny yanked it from her hands, he threw it away, but luckily, it wasn't dirty at all."This is the first time in my life that a girl just used me and left me unsatisfied, you know," he said, sitting on the bed."Can't you touch yourself to orgasm?" "Isn't that what you men do?" She asked, win
