Caroline looked into Kirk's eyes with a smile. She explained, "I'm going to get you a towel. Your back is covered in sweat."

Kirk hesitated for a moment before finally letting go of Caroline's hand. She went into the bathroom and took a dry towel to wipe his back.

Kirk pressed Caroline's hand on his chest and said hoarsely, "I'll do it myself."

Caroline nodded. "Okay. I'll wake Gwen and Sean up, then we'll have breakfast together."
