6. Confrontation

Wynter lay in her hospital bed, lost in thought as she stared at the monitor, wishing for someone to support her in making the right decision. With trembling steps, she had just swiped her card and entered the room.

"Okay, Wynter, are you sure about your decision, or is there any external influence?" The doctor's inquiry made Wynter gulp nervously as she shook her head in response.

"Alright, let me explain the process since there's no turning back now. Since you're still in your first trimester, the abortion process is relatively straightforward as the baby is not fully developed. No surgery is required; regular medication will be sufficient," the doctor explained, suggesting an additional scan to assess Wynter's body's readiness for the prescribed medication.

"Okay, I'm ready," Wynter nodded, feeling a shiver pass through her chest, questioning her decision.

Wynter gasped as she observed the movements on the screen after the doctor activated the equipment. As a medica

It was time to forget about him.She understood that even if she had ended up with him, their future wouldn't have matched the one Wynter had envisioned. Therefore, she chose to raise the child alone without informing Sean of its existence.Having completed the necessary legal procedures by presenting the case to their lawyer, they happily informed Wynter that she would be solely responsible for raising her baby. So, a week after completing her internships, they were getting ready to open Wynter's veterinary clinic, which explained the chaos during the setup. Her family was always there to assist her with anything she needed."Mama Iris, Where should I pl

When it came to his work, he displayed a whole different level of seriousness and commitment.Unlike Wynter, Ethan has transformed into a close friend. Wynter recently discovered that Etha

    9. Captivating Eyes Wynter's behavior was out of character, as she snapped at the stranger in front of her. Only then did she get a decent view of his face. She couldn't deny that he was incredibly attractive, the most attractive person she had ever seen.He resembled a Greek deity, with a strong jawline, a pointed nose, and a bit of stubble covering his handsome face. However, his eyes were what truly captivated Wynter. They were the most mesmerizing eyes she had ever seen, not just because of their outward beauty but also because they seemed to hold a multitude of emotions within them."I am, however, it seems that the tag fits you better," the stranger retorted angrily, furrowing his brow. Wynter was both irritated and puzzled by his remarks. "Huh? What do you mean?" she said, frowning."If you can't tell by my condition, I'm really blind, but I think you'd need your eyes tested first for not walking correctly and then for blaming the person you should be grateful for," the person

Wynter has officially moved into my penthouse at Jackson Tower. He seems satisfied with that arrangement, and I’m happy to have him close. For the first time, this penthouse feels like home. Wynter, however, insists that we also spend time at the house she bought for herself. When I suggested renting it out, she outright refused, saying it held sentimental value for her. With no other option, we’ve made a habit of spending our weekends there. It’s a compromise, but one I don’t mind for
