Chapter 80. The Tragedy

Julian drove into his mansion and pulled over behind the stadium. There were about fifteen policemen around the mansion. Rachel was standing behind one of the police, sharing what she saw with him.

A few newsmen were allowed into the mansion by his logistics manager. They ran up to him as soon as he got down from the car. The security men that came with him bared them immediately.

One of the policemen took Julian to a car that was behind. There was blood everywhere.

"A heart monitor strip has been run. I'm sorry Mr. Hampton, she is dead," the policeman said, uncovering a body that was covered with a white piece of cloth. "She will be transferred to the morgue."

Julian left the policeman immediately and walked toward Rachel to find out exactly what happened. Rachel's clothes were soaked with tears. She ran to Julian and held him tight.

"Julian, I'm going back to the United Kingdom tomorrow, I'm scared," Rachel wept.
