"I'm sorry, she never told me she was married," Julian said after narrating everything to his wife. "Do not get mad at me. This happened because you were yet to come into my life. Do you know how long I waited for a woman who is meant for me? I know she is somewhere, but I don't know where to find her," Julian said, waiting for her response. Eva kept quiet and continued staring at the window.

"Sweetheart, please talk to me," Julian whispered into her ear.

"I'm not mad at you, I'm just worried."

"Don't worry, you are safe. No harm will ever come to you."

"James' father called me," Eva muttered.

"Who?" Julian who was spooning her sat upright.

"Bruce Daniels, he visited dad this afternoon and was asking why we accused his son of murder after calling off his expensive wedding. He was quite furious."

"Did you tell him what his son said?"

"Yes, but he continued yelling at me."

"What? He yelled at you?" Julian rolled out of the bed and began to open all the drawers in the bedroo
