Chapter Sixteen: Grief (2)

Mr. Nelson went to the lounge to receive the Governor and immediately they started discussing, which seems to go on for forty minutes.

After, what seems like forever. They came to a conclusion and bade each other bye.

Going back to his room, his excitement couldn't be contained. As he looked forward to do many dirty things with Jane, though he was already stressed out and frustrated with the discussions that took place in the House of Assembly, but he had to keep them at bay.

Opening the door, his jaw dropped, and he looked around the room frantically for Jane, but she was no where to be seen.

He hissed in anger and called his assistant, including his guards and immediately they went into a search party.

The alarm was rang to indicate no one must come in or go out. The guard that saw the silhouette of Jane earlier, finally agreed he wasn't hallucinating and went to report what he saw to the senator even though, he knew the senator will howled furiously at him.

"You stupid fool!"
