She was still sleeping when I wake up the next morning. I am beyond exhausted after spending the whole day at the university, running around between classes and labs, only to continue the night with working at the supermarket. Augustine might have paid for my education but I still need food and a place to sleep hence these part time jobs; during the weekend I'd work as a waitress at a fine dining restaurant, making more money that I make with my weekday cashier job at the supermarket but still, I need both jobs so I can afford stuff including a ticket to go back to New York every summer. The birthday party ended around 4, and the kids were exhausted that they fell asleep in the car during our ride home. I mean, MY home.
