Sergey immediately held out a hand. With a piercing look, the man said coldly to Sol.

"Never expect to touch your future wife."

Sol snorted. His tone was contemptuous. "Are you sure Lei has agreed to be your future wife?"

I glared. I wanted to punch Sol in the face. How dare she talk like that in front of Sergey.

But I quickly cancelled my intention to hit Sol. Now that I knew who she was, I couldn't help but shrink in front of her.

I screamed in surprise when Sergey suddenly lunged at Sol. Without a signal. No warning. The man just moved with inhuman speed.

My second scream came as a pair of strong arms suddenly grabbed me from behind. I felt a familiar warmth. Comforting and calm.

And I was shocked to death when I saw Sergey staring at me very intently. I quickly looked back. All I saw was Sol's innocent grin as he hugged me.
