“Wow! Your team is doing awesome while I’m doing trash”, said Mizuki.

“That’s not true your team is perfect too. You know miss Harmony made every student’s partner according to their abilities and power level. Both you and Kei are a powerful team if you both work together”, said Ronesme.

“I would love to work with him but he is too arrogant and try to boss around. If he conder me as his equal things would be easy”, I replied.

“Sigh! well it's up to you two because if you both don’t work together you might end up being demoted and I will have to find another friend since we won’t be able to meet due to our class differences so, I guess I have to start working on finding new friends as well”, said Ronesme being dramatic.

Hey! Don’t go around thinking of making new friends. Just to remind you I’m still your friend”, said Mizuki getting a bit jealous.

“Then go and do something about your teamwork with Kei”, Ronesme said with a serious expression.

“Sigh! fine. I will try to talk with him”, Mizuki said while making a pout like a child.

“Now that’s a good girl” Ronesme being cheerful.

We heard the bell ringing hinting at the beginning of evening class. “Well guess we have to go to the class now and remember Mizuki you have to talk to Kei today. Okay”?

“Yeah, I know”. After that went to the class.

Mizuki’s POV:

The teacher wasn’t in the class yet so I decided to go and talk to Kei. “Okay, Mizuki swallow your pride just this once and ask him to work together. Remember you are doing this for your own sake otherwise, your dream will be crushed, you will be demoted and worst those small kids at the orphanage will make fun of you”.

I cleared my throat. “Ahem, Hey Kei”.

Kei said Hi in a weird way because Mizuki saying Hi to him was really awkward. “Hi. What brought you here? Just so you know I’ve done nothing. It wasn’t my fault so don’t make trouble for me”.

“Huh? What are you talking about? I’m not here to make trouble”, Mizuki said being intrigued by Kei’s behavior.

“Oh! So, you don’t know yet”, Kei said being relieved.

“What is it that I don’t know about”? Mizuki said it getting even more intrigued.

It’s better to avoid trouble when you can Kei say no to her. “It's nothing”, Kei said it avoiding trouble.

Okay, he is definitely hiding something from me. So, in order to get him to start talking I put my hand on Kei’s shoulder in a threatening way and said:

 “Oh, there is something which you are not telling. Fine! It's okay if you don’t want to tell because I won’t tell you either about the thing which is related to our marks”, Mizuki said with a threatening aura.

“What is it? Tell me”, said Kei. Now Kei was being intrigued by the information which Mizuki was hiding.

“I will tell you if you tell me first”, said Mizuki while not telling Kei.

“Fine! But you have to promise me that you won’t make a commotion”, Kei demanded.

“It depends on the information so I won’t make a promise but I can guarantee if it's something small I can compromise”, Mizuki said.

“Fine”, Kei agreed with Mizuki’s conditions and started telling.

“The thing is after reaching the cafeteria I went with Jones and sat at one of the tables. We both ordered Cheese cake. But the cake had almonds in it and Jones is allergic to it. We couldn’t find out that cake had almonds until Jones took a bite”.

“His body showed allergic reaction so I went to the lockers area so I could get his medicine from his locker. Medicine was in liquid form and the bottle in which the medicine was contained was loosely sealed. In the distance, Yuki and Sisi were playing or something like that because I really don’t know whether they were fighting or playing”.

“Yuki pushed Sisi in the spur of the moment due to which he fell on me, I got pushed too and the medicine spilled over your locker. Now don’t worry we cleaned it but I think your stuff inside the locker must’ve gotten dirty”.

“That’s it. That was the only thing you were worried about”? Mizuki asked.

“Yeah, that’s it”.

“I thought that you killed someone and put the blame on me but well, it’s okay”, Mizuki said and shrugged her shoulders.

Wait what? Why would I kill someone and are you being serious? I mean you’re, okay with it? We might’ve ruined your stuff which could be important. No commotion, no drama, nothing”? said Kei.

“Yes. Because I haven’t put anything in it yet so only the outside was dirty which you cleaned and if it got inside my locker, I will clean it myself so, I’m fine with it”, Mizuki said.

“Wow! You won’t take revenge, would you? Because I have important stuff in mine”, Kei said while confirming what Mizuki just said.

“Yes, I’m being serious and I won’t take revenge. I mean you were in a hurry and Jones needed his medicine. Just so you know I’m not a cruel person”.

“Okay”. Kei got a little impressed and said in a low tone: “I guess even you can be in a stable mind”.

“Excuse me. What did you say”? Mizuki said it being irritated.

“Nothing. Tell me about that important stuff which is related to our marks”, Kei said.

“Oh, it’s nothing. I was just kidding”.

“You tricked me”, said Kei.

“Well, you weren’t going to spill the beans so I had to”, Mizuki said making a mischievous face.

“So, why did you come here for then”? Kei inquired.

“I came here to talk about our teamwork. You see after our bad performance in the first class I thought about it that if we both continue to do stuff on our own and get in each other way our marks will be deducted and we could end up being much more injured than today. So, I came here to tell you that I’m ready to work and compromise with you”.

“Yeah, I thought about it too. I’m fine with it. But you have to always in mind that you are the one who came with a peace sign to me first”, Kei said while grinning.

After hearing what Kei said Mizuki got so much furious. “Youu… But she calmed herself just for the sake of her dream. “Fine”.

Sora came running to the classroom and said:

“Hey everyone today's classes are dismissed. All the teachers are in a meeting so we are free for rest of the day”.

Hearing this everybody in the class cheered with joy.

“Well guess today I will eat all of the cafeteria’s food”, Mizuki said with sparkling eyes.

“You eat too much. Aren’t you afraid that you would get fat and won’t be to move on the battlefield”? “I mean just imagine we are in the middle of a fight and suddenly someone throws a blast towards you but you won’t be able to run. It will be funny”, Kei said making fun of Mizuki.

“Hahaha very funny. I won’t get fat. And even if I did get fat, I will be the one in trouble not you so don’t worry about me. Bye”, Mizuki said in anger and went away.
