June's wedding is in a week with Aaron Patterson, I hate this man, No one ever treated me the way he did. I know that our company doesn't do well recently, but I didn't know it was so serious that we are going to bankrupt. I talk to dad, But as always he didn't interested to involve me in any matter. All I know is we need Aaron's project. That scared me if Aaron gets involved in Anderson's enterprise it's normal that his influence will increase as well as June's also.

Everyone is busy with June's wedding preparation, So, June does not come to the office, I have to do her work as well at the office. It's hectic for me. It was midnight, everything is quiet, only typing sound is coming from my office. I was working, I picked up the glass to drink water, but it was empty, I was going downstairs to the kitchen to get water when I went through June's room I heard June's voice.

"Mom, didn't you see that Aaron's attention was on Rose? His eyes were only following her." June said angrily

"Don't lose your heart, Baby, He is going to marry you, isn't he? A girl like Rose is only for fulfilling the men's needs, not for marriage, like her mother" Mom said.

I was huffing with anger. I want to break her head by hitting this glass bottle on her head.

"Mom, I can't believe I am going to marry Aaron Patterson," June said happily like she is going to win the lottery.

"I promised you, that you will get married to Aaron, baby" Mom asserted, Her voice was full of confidence.

"Mom, He is the Aaron Patterson every girl in the country wants him. And he is going to be mine forever. He is like a Greek god handsome and smart. All my friends envy me. They don't even believe that I am marrying Aaron Patterson the most desirable man in the country" June praises Aaron.

I sigh, both deserve each other, They have the same traits as obstinate, Rude, and Arrogant. I have no interest in listening to Aaron's praises. I decided to leave but stop when I hear mom's voice.

"Once, you are married to Aaron Patterson.No one can stop you from becoming a C.E.O.," Mom told June.

"Your dad is very happy with you, honey, he is telling me if you marry Aaron, then Aaron will also support us in our business, Then as his wife, you must be the CEO." Mom excitedly announced.

When I hears this, I stiffened in my place how can dad do this to me? what about me? What will I get? How can Dad decide His daughter and son-in-law going to handle all the company, what about my hard work? I take my step back and reached back to my room. I sit on the bed. I bit my thumbnail, I don't know what to do next. If this marriage happens, I will never be able to be the CEO, And they will throw me out like mom. I took a deep breath, I will not let this happen. I'm not my mother who gave up without fighting.

But I don't know what will I do. After some time, I grab the phone that was on the table next to my bed. I called my assistant and asked her to find out everything about Aaron Patterson, and prepared everything that I asked her to do.

I close my eyes and convince myself that I have no other way than this. I will not let this marriage happen.

A Day before the Wedding-

I spent the whole week gathering information about Aaron Patterson. I will not miss the boat. If I do not achieve this plan today, then I will lose the chance of becoming CEO. My hard work will go in vain. So many years of my life that I spent will also go waste.

In evening-

I was looking at my reflection in the mirror. I was wearing a red short dress which was covering her hips only a little. That dress was fitted so well that my figure showed its structure. I never wore such a dress. I did heavy smoky eyes with red lipstick. why do people have to wear such dresses? Maybe because of the reason I have worn it. I was looking seductive.

I was standing at the bar gate. I was perplexed that maybe I should go back. I turn back to left the bar but stop when I remember how they treated my mom.

I take deep breaths in and out And enter the bar. When I went inside the bar everyone was either seductive looking or smiling at me. I didn't recognize anyone or Walk straight toward the table. I took a chair and sat down. I looked around, but I did not see him, anywhere. The bartender just looked at me and smiled at me.

"something for you beautiful," He said in his seductive voice.

"No, thanks," I decline dryly while looking at my phone.

After waiting some time I didn't notice him so I called my assistant or asked if the information she is giving me is correct. Firstly, I am not comfortable in this dress and secondly, everyone is looking at me full of lust.

I waits about 20 minutes. When I felt that he would not come, I give up but as soon as I got up from my seat, I get bumped into someone. I raised my eyes to say something, then I was shocked. It was him. the person I was waiting for an hour, and here he is Aaron Patterson.

He was wearing a White shirt or blue denim jeans.

This is the first time I saw his face so close to me. how can someone have such gorgeous facial features? I thought.

He frown eyebrows and said "Miss Anderson?...what are you doing here"

"Worship to god," I told with annoyance. how can be he so dumb to ask me that question?

"What?" he looked confused. He seriously is Aaron Patterson who is nominated for the youngest businessman of the year.

"I am doing what everyone is doing, party," I said with an irritated face.

"Of course, you are having a party. how stupid I am to ask you" He said with a stupid smile.

"You are all alone, where are your friends"? he asked, Aaron, looked around but didn't find anyone around me.

"They all left. I had to party more so I stay. If you don't mind you can join me." I lie, looking in another direction.

"Sure," Aaron said, He doesn't have anyone to join.

The two of us sit together and asked the bartender to serve our drink.

"which drink you would take," Aaron asked me like a gentleman.

"Whatever you are having," I told him. I am not fond of drinking. I never go to parties as a college student instead parties I was more focused on studying. I dedicated my entire young age to the company.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him trying to start a conversation.

"Enjoying the last day of my bachelorhood," he said with a smile.

"Alone. Why?" I asked, Try not to show on my face that I already know about he is going to come here today.

"Yes, because I want to be alone for some time," Aaron tells me. I can see his face he wants me to leave. He is a super annoying person.

"What happened to you, you have never talked to me properly till today, suddenly you have become very curious about me. Your health is fine," Aaron taunted me.

" Nothing happens to my health, we are going to become relatives, so there is no harm knowing a little thing about you," I said with a pissed face

"yes, you are right," He said while looking around.

The bartender gives us, Our drink. We both thank the bartender. I slowly take a little sip of the drink. I see someone coming in our direction. I extended my feet a little and that person got hit and fell on Aaron. Aaron accidentally poured a little drink into his hand and his clothes.

"Sorry I didn't do it intentionally, I'm sorry," That person apologized.

"No problem." Aaron just smiles at that person.

"I have to go to the washroom, "Then Aaron looked at me and said.

I nodded and Aaron went to the washroom.

I took out the drug from my purse, I put it in his drink.

I was sitting comfortably in my seat and started enjoying the music with a grin. Till now my plan is going as I thought. If my plan is successful then this marriage will not happen in any condition.

Aaron comes back from the washroom and seats our table. I smile at Aaron's side. Aaron looks at me and I start sipping my drink. Aaron takes his seat and sips his drink. We talk about business affairs. I was impressed to know Aaron's idea about growing his business. Aaron shakes his head a little. The drug started showing its effect. Aaron looked around he found himself seeing everything blurry. He shakes his head twice.

"What happened are you okay?" I asked while showing fake concerns.

"Nothing, but I see everything blurry. I probably drank I should go home." He said to me and try to stand up. He got up but his leg wobbled when he was leaving the seat. I grabbed him before falling.

"I think you're drunk," I told him.

"if you don't mind I will drop you home," I told. Aaron shakes his head." No, I can't go home like this,"

"Then I'll take you to a hotel," I suggest with a worried face.

He didn't respond to me. I sighed, I should do something that can convince him.

"I think, you should not drive in this condition," I announced. Again he didn't respond to me. Now I am getting annoyed. he shook his head.

"Look, you can't drive in this condition, I'll drop you at a hotel nearby. "I said while trying to calm myself.

After some time.

"Okay," Aaron agreed.

I take him to the nearest hotel which I had booked in advance. Now my plan is going in the right direction,

We reached the hotel room. I go to the receptionist for the key. We go to the room. I closed the gate of the hotel room. then I turned toward Aaron. Aaron grabs my upper arm and bumps me into the door. He held my neck with both his hands.

"You drug me?" He asked, his face so close to me that I can feel hot alcoholic breath on my face. I didn't say anything. I looked into his eyes. I nodded.

"WHY?" He yells, But I didn't reply.
