CHAPTER SEVENTEEN - MI FAMILIA

MONICA'S POV

Never scare me like that again, I yelled out as I ran to his bed side. You look so pale, I included just before he grabbed me close to his chest.

His heart was beating so slow and his body was so warm, his eyes, the ever beautiful and amazing eyes lit up the room. I miss him too, he whispered to my ears as he drew me close.

I love you and I missed you, he continued. Mum, he called out to her, stretching his hand from the bed. How are you he asked as she continued to let herself be overcome by the pouring water that gushed out of her eyes uncontrollably. She fixated her look on him as she moved towards his legs, turning red and her nose running out.

Thank you so much, the words barely slipped out of her mouth as she continued to cry out. Thank you for not dying on me she eventually said before laying her head on his lap. Clapping her hands against his lap and kissing his fingers. Thank you, she said as she lifted her face off his legs.
