CELESTE'S POV
A week had passed since that incident and I felt fine now. It was hard to convince Tobias, that I didn't see the face of the attacker due to dark, but he gave up eventually. I felt fine now, so we had come to a party which was hosted in a massive mansion, that looked more like a palace to me, with chandeliers hanging by the ceiling and everything, seemingly golden. I almost fell like my eyes are going to be blind by so much sparkle.
Tobias had introduced me to his business partners and they had started to talk about business, whic
AUTHOR'S POVCeleste cleaned her dress with a wet tissue and washed her hands in the sink. She looked into the mirror and fixed her makeup, sighing to herself. How is she even going to apologize to him? That's what, she was thinking about all the time. She shooked her head and stepped outside, getting startled on the way, as she almost stumbled upon someone. Looking up, she gasped loudly. It was her worst nightmare. She stumbled back a little and that night flashed in front of her eyes again, " Ca-Carl!"&n
DYLAN'S POV~A LITTLE WHILE EARLIERI was confused at Celeste's behaviour. It was not like, I wanted her to feel indebted to me, but she atleast should not have talked to me like this.Whatever! I shooked my head and looked up, where Daniel was sipping his wine, while his eyes were fixed on me, in an observatory gaze.
CELESTE'S POV I was stunned, when Dylan came to save me. He once again, came right at the moment, when I desperately needed someone by my side. It was surprising, but I was still glad, that he came.He was hiding me behind him, like he was trying to protect me. I was surprised at his actions. Why was he so worried? Was it because I was Tobias's girlfriend? That's the only reason, there could be.
DYLAN'S POV It was so awkward! I reminiscised the earlier events of the party and cringed at my behaviour. I was again at the edge of the same mounatin, laying down on the windshield of my car. My eyes were gazing up at the stars, which were shining brightly in this dark night. I was still thinking about what happened in the party, today. I can't believe, she apologized to me. I would have thought it was just a formality for her, if tears wouldn't have started flowing from her

AUTHOR'S POV“ Your paintings are crap...We can't display such paintings at our gallery! ” The words were echoing harshly in her ear. The same words again. She was walking on the footpath, in a trance, with her portfolio, held in her hand, tightly. She had faced, yet another harsh rejection. She couldn't even remember, how many times it's been already, for her to be rejected like this. Did people really had to be so harsh?
AUTHOR'S POVAll Celeste saw, was red, due to the anger, that boiled in her veins. Who did he think he was? How could he do this to her?She was standing in front of Gray Inc. building, holding onto her portfolio. What Carl told her earlier, was still hard to believe, but she had to confront Dylan about it. Sighing to keep herself under control, she entered the building and stopped by the reception. The receptionist picked up her head from the file, she was checking and gave a once over look to her.“ Yes? How may I help you? ” She asked professionally, as Celes
AUTHOR'S POV~4 years laterThe door of the bedroom was opened slowly as a small head peaked from the crack to see if the coast was clear. Finding everything still, the tiny feets started to walk towards the bed and stare at the lump of duvets. After trying numerous times, the figure finally managed to climb the bed and grab the duvet before pulling it away and revealing Dylan's peacefully sleeping face.Seeing him still asleep, a frown etched upon the small forehead before an idea popped in the figure's head. Standing up, the figure prepared for the attack and raised both his legs in the air before jumping on top of his back making him yelp out. The figure cackled up clapping his hands.

That was one of the happiest day of her life. That would be a lie. Everyday with Dylan was a happy day.
AUTHOR'S POVDylan parked the car under Tobias's building and sighed out, turning to Celeste. They had just got back after a whole week of enjoying their company away from the world. “ Do you want me to come with you? ” Dylan asked worried about her.“ Are you jealous? ” Celeste teased Dylan who shooked his head.“ I trust you and I don't believe in caging people. So go and call me if something happens. I am waiting here for you. ” Dylan yawned out sleepily as he rested his head against the seat. He was tired from last night's activites. Celeste smirked and pinched his cheeks before rushing out to save herself from his wrath. The walk to his penthou

He was the only one who could know about Dylan. When she went to him, he told her that he didn't knew first which made her breakdown in front of him. Seeing her condition, he finally told her that after she left, Dylan waited for her for ten days. When she didn't come back, he took the flight and left. He gave her an address of a cabin in a forest where he suspected Dylan would be.Holding onto it, Celeste had taken the first flight and flew to that place hoping to find him there and apologize.Sighing, she looked up at the sky. The whole

AUTHOR'S POVWith acceptance came relief and heartbreak at the same time. She had accepted that she loved Dylan and she wanted to be with him. She had told Dylan about it after the end of exhibition. Surprisingly, the Exhibitiom went better than anyone could have even anticipated. All her paintings were sold instantly and press also held an interview for her but she refused that.
