Chapter 127

Hayden:

I fired a bullet in the air causing attention in the warehouse. I waited at a corner, hoping as many of them would come out very soon.

There were only three that came out. I fired at one while the rest were taken care of by the men all waiting in their respective position.

I walked in, hoping I would see more of them, but I didn't. The lights were really dim, but I was able to locate Alejandro first. He was on the floor. I squatted to his level and tapped his shoulders.

"You did great." I said.

I looked forward and saw Ray tied on an armchair and rushed to him. "Hey buddy, I'm here." He was weak, and he couldn't utter a word as well. I circled his arms around my shoulders and helped him stand up on his feet.

"Where's Sarah?" I questioned.

"She's gone." He replied sharply.

"Gone? To where?"

"I don't know, but he took her. There's trouble because Clark knows everything about you. He knows every fucking thing about the past, and Sarah's gonna do find out too."

I came to a halt
