Chapter 121 "Soup or Porridge"

Lance finished cooking the chicken soup he prepared in Eric’s kitchen.

“All right! I am finished!” he celebrated while looking at the soup. To make the soup, he boiled the chicken, put in carrots and potatoes, and then seasoned it with salt and pepper. The ingredients were limited but he hoped it would suit Jane’s palate.

‘Jane would fall for me once she tasted my soup, right?’ he asked himself.

Lance was a bit delusional. Perhaps it is because he has no experience, and everything he will do is his first.

He delightfully poured the soup into a bowl. But the joyous smile didn’t last for a long time when Lance looked at the quiet man beside him.

Eric also finished cooking the chicken porridge. Now, he put the porridge into a bowl.

‘He suddenly went wordless,’ Lance thought. Ever since he told Eric that her mother hired a reporter to mess with Jane, Eric shut his mouth and never said a thing.

Eric lets Lance do whatever he wants in the kitchen. And he also cooked beside him.
