"Absurd!" Jessica interrupted Luke before pulling Cruz to a secluded corner.

She pinned Cruz to the wall and looked back and forth to be sure they were now alone before complaining.

"What are you saying? Why would you say that in front of people like that? What if they start thinking I'm a lady?" Jessica asked worriedly, trying her best to continue with her altered voice.

"Are you not?" Cruz asked and Jessica's heart stopped beating briefly.

"W-what…are you saying?" She stuttered as her grip on Cruz weakened.

Cruz took the opportunity and flipped her over, pinning her to the wall this time.
