Heart wrecking

Nina found herself running wildly towards her destination weaving from in between the vehicles. She stumbled and fell so many times, but she didn't care. All she wanted to do was go to Theo. She fell and lost one of her footwear, but she didn't seem to realise it. She ran like that wearing one footwear while tears were streaming down her cheeks. Her eyes are blurry because of the tears. No matter how many times she wiped at her tears, they seemed to fall anew as if her heart couldn't stop crying for the man who is her first and only love.

The thick smoke in the air acted as her navigator. She is praying to whoever is listening to her that Theo should be safe and what she heard in that radio should turn out to be a misunderstanding.
