He is alive

Somewhere in the woods, outside the city limits, a man was being taken care of by some tribal people in their tribal village. They found him near a small water body which flows near their village. He was washed out in the water and ended up on the rock bed near the water body. His body was severely injured and he had a few broken bones too. The healers of the tribe began to treat him using their herbal medicine. His bones were bandaged and his wounds were dressed. His injuries healed completely, but he refused to wake up from the coma.

They tried everything they could, but despite their efforts, that man refused to wake up.

"Will he wake up?" the village chief questioned the healer.

The healer looked at the man with a frown.

"When we found him, I thought he might not survive at all, let alone heal his injuries. But look at him, he healed completely and is still alive. It's as if his wish to survive is so strong, that those injuries failed to kill him. He may or may not wake up. B
