It was then that Erin realized that Marshall was just a faker, he didn't love her back.

"Well, it's your loss… enjoy living like this…" Erin said bitterly, referring to the small house Marshall and his wife lived in.

"I was gonna change your life, you know, I can't believe I even bought a house for us." Erin said, her heart pounding painfully in her chest. She turned around to leave, but then when she got to the door she turned around and walked back inside the house. She couldn't leave like this, she was too angry and she wanted to vent her anger. Erin lashed at Marshall and slapped him across the face.

Shocked and angry, Marshall felt the urge to retaliate, but he controlled himself seeing as his wife was watching, and he didn't want to look like an asshole for laying his hands on a woman. "Get out!" Marshall demanded, pointing her towards the door.
