Chapter 402

The loud sound of the alarm blaring, jolted Liam awake. Reaching for the alarm clock with his hand, Liam turned it off, his mind still reeling from the revelation that Elena had dropped on him the previous day. Elena, pregnant with his child? The thought was both unsettling and scary, he just hoped it was all a lie.

Shaking off the lingering thoughts, Liam rose from bed, stretching his hands. With a yawn, he made his way to the shower. He had planned to meet with Alexander Blackthorn, the enigmatic figure who had been supposedly watching over him, according to the man he had met yesterday. Curiosity and a hint of apprehension ate at him, as he thought about the meeting.

After he was done getting ready, he made his way out of the manor and got in his Rolls Royce, instructing his driver to drive him to the location where he would meet the person he was going to meet with.

The bustling city streets seemed to fade away as Liam approached the villa which was located on the outskirts of the
