Liam could not hide his surprise after seeing Sheila. Shifting his gaze, he turned from Karen to find Sheila sitting beside him. A frown appearing onhis face as he asked, "What are you doing here?"

Sheila had a sly smirk on her face, as she leaned in closer, her voice low in a hushed whisper, "Hi, don't look so shocked. I couldn't resist attending such a grand event, especially when you're in attendance. We have unfinished business, you and I."

Knowing exactly what she was talking about, Liam frowned slightly as he leaned in closer to match her hushed tone, his eyes focused and intimidating. "If you're here for the ring, forget it." He made it clear, knowing that Sheila was here for the ring. It annoyed him knowing that, she was after something that she had no right over, because it belonged in the Danvers family, and it had been there for many years.

Liam found it annoying and puzzling why some individuals had the tendency to forcefully claim what didn't rightfully belong to them.
