A few weeks later.

Mr and Mrs. Danvers stood on tjhe front porch of the Danvers manor, along with Liam, Karen and Megan. Reporters and journalists gathered around them. The atmosphere was tense, curiosity and disbelief filing the air. Some of the reporters couldn't hide the shock the they felt. The world had believed the danvers couple to be dead, so the shock was understandable. It was evident in the reporters' expressions as they sought to make sense of the impossible.

With the microphones pointed at them and cameras rolling, Mr. Danvers walked to the front of the platform, where a makeshift podium had been set up. The crowd hushed as he began to address them, his voice carrying a sense of authority.

"Ladies and gentlemen," he began, "I understand that me and my wifes supposed demise came as a shock to all of you. But I'm here to set the record straight. My death was indeed faked, and I can now reveal the reasons behind this charade."
