"Whoa, boss, take it easy," The driver pleaded, his eyes fixed on Liam as the gun remained trained on his head. He was praying that Liam doesn't pull the trigger.

Still pointing the gun at the driver, Liam coldly glared at him, his cold gaze sending chills down the man's spine, "Seems like the tables have turned," Liam remarked with a cold edge to his voice, his gaze not moving from his target.

The driver's expression quickly turned into one consumed with fear, as he watched Liam aim the gun at him. What scared him the most was Liam's dead serious expression. "Sir, please, don't do this, I have a family." The driver pleaded as he trembled in fear. The atmosphere inside the car only tensed with each passing moment.

"You should have thought about that before deciding to betray me." Liam replied, his tone cold as ever.

Seeing how the man trembled in fear, a glimmer of empathy briefly touched Liam's heart. He almost felt sorry for the man, who was now at his mercy, however after remembe
