I'LL BE WAITING FOR YOU

The next morning, when Tiffany woke up, she noticed that Jake was already dressed up.

"Are you going somewhere?" She asked him.

"Aren't we supposed to leave together?"

"I know," he replied. "I just need to pick up something at my mom's. I won't be long, just get ready and once I get back, we'll move."

"Okay, I'll be waiting for you," she told him.

As he left, Jake went to meet a lawyer whom his sister, Lisa, had recommended to him after he called her.

He had the lawyer draft up a divorce agreement between him and Tiffany. However, the lawyer told him, "You won't be able to make it official until after a few months."

"I know," Jake replied. "I just need the both of us to sign it, so that once the time arrives, it will be easy to make it official."

After leaving the lawyer's office, Jake hid the divorce document and went back to the hotel. Tiffany was all dressed up and waiting for him.
