Chapter 10 – Backfire

Do you guys love attention? As in you’re the star and everyone has their eyes on you. I’m not a fan actually, but here I am sitting in a restaurant with Aaron Samuel who is a shining star in the middle of the darkness.

“What do you want to order?” He asked. I bet he hates when a girl eats a lot. He will look at me in disgust for eating like a pig. He will hate me and get annoy and leave me alone.

“I want a french fries, beef bacon burger, pepperoni pizza and 2 slices of cheesecake.” I ordered and looked at Aaron. I bet he’s looking- what? He’s chuckling and looked at me with amusement.

What the frick?

“I’ll get the beef bacon burger.” He said to the waitress who was biting her lips wanting his attention. #SoPathetic.

“Go.” Aaron glared at the waitress and she went away. He must be annoy by that right? NO, NO,NO I’m not going to bite my lips. That’s not me, I’m a chic kind of girl.

“What are you thinking?” Aaron asked and I looked up to him.

“Nothing.” I smiled sweetly and he chuckled.

“What?”

“You’re so annoying.” He said and I found myself smiling.

“Really?” I realized that I was too happy for his statement. I quickly put my straight face on.

“No.” He said and my face fell.

“Aashole.” I mumbled and he laughed.

Suddenly I’m not in the mood to talk to him so I took out my phone and looked at the notification. I’m bored so I’m going to.. Suddenly my phone rang, it’s Asshole.

My eyes widen and I looked up to Aaron who was smirking and showing his phone to me.

“Broke?” Why can I be so dumb?

“Oh look, it’s working now.” I said cheerly.

“Yeah it must have been broken when I call you.” HE said and I ignored him. Damn it!

“Sophia” He called and I ignored him.

“Sophia”

“Yes?” I looked at him smiling.

“Never wear tight clothes again.” His eyes suddenly darkens and I quickly cover my body with my hands.

“You pervert!” I said coldly.

“Net me, look around you.” I turned around me and saw a couple guys looking at me with lust. They winked at me and I looked at them in disgust.

Suddenly a waiter came to us with the food that we ordered. My eyes was filled with happiness to see everything but I regreted that I order this much.

“Do you want to add anything miss?” He asked me in a sweet tone and I smiled to him.

“I’ll-“

“Go away before I kill you here.” Aaron said in a really cold tone, I turned to him disbelief. Aaron was still glaring at the waiter. He went away not long after that.

“I was flirting.” I hissed.

“What? Flirting? Are you on your right mind?” He asked in an angry tone and I shrugged. I took my burger and started to eat.

“You’re a rich woman and he’s a waiter.” Aaron continued with a hint of anger in his tone.

“So?

“You both live in two different worlds.” Aaron said.

“We’re humans.” I said and he sighed. I continued to eat and slowly I’m starting to get full. I looked at him and he raised his eyebrows.

“Are you mad at me? It’s okay, I can go no-“ I stood up ready to leave and he gestured me to sit down.

“Sit down, Sophia.” He said in a really serious tone. I sat down again and looked down. Damn it! Can he just shove me away already?

“We’re going to shop after this.” He said and I just stayed silent.

I want him to hate me this instant! Oh come on.. Hate me already.

I took a piece of french fries and shoved it into my mouth. I really need to look disgusting as ever so this guy in front of me hates me. I want him to stay out from my life.

Aaron payed the bill and gestured me to get up. We walked out from the restaurant and suddenly he held my hand.

“Shopping right?” I asked and he nodded. Now is the time for me to really annoy him.

“You will come with me right?” I asked and he nodded.

“Until I’m done?” I added.

“Shut up or I’ll kiss you senselessly here.” He stopped walking and looked at me. I shut my mouth completely.

We entered the first store, I looked around and took a random dresses and clothes. I tried them all and took a long time in every fitting. I need to annoy him, I mean last time when he was with the blondie.. he hates it. When I’m done trying the dresses on, I didn’t buy any of it. We walked out and kept going from store to store.

Why isn’t he annoy yet? Argh! I’m so frustrated right now.

I looked at myself in the mirror and stomped my feet angrily. We already went to 6 stores and tried a lot of things without me buying any of it. The most annoying thing is that Aaron still has a smile plastered on his face. When will he get at me and shove me away?

I walked out from the fitting room and gave the employee the clothes. I looked at Aaron totally pissed. I walked out from the store alone and walked towards my office.

“Wowowowo babe, What’s with the rust?” He held my wrist and I turned to him glaring. I continued to walk and Aaron was still holding my wrist. I dragged him until we stopped in front of my office building.

“Don’t you get it? I’m trying to shove you away! I don’t like your presence near me. I mean.. I bet that you hate me now since I’ve been so annoying all day. Goodbye.” I said to his face and turned my body around to walk into the building.

He suddenly held my hand and pulled me inside the building. He dragged me into the toilet for disable person. My eyes widen when he trapped me on the corner of the toilet.

“I’m not stupid to not figuring everything out, Sophia.” He smirked and leaned closer to me. I gulped and felt my body temperature turn so hot.

“I-“

“I don’t find any of it annoying, it amuses me.” He said and he crashed his lips to mine.
