Emma, 13, clutches the tie of her school uniform and looks at Keya who is waiting for her father to pick them.

" Don't worry! Aunt will be alright." Keya assures while holding a chocolate box, " Happy friendship day! I hope we will grow older together. Let's go to the same nursing home for elders together,‌ OK?" Keya grins,

Emma nods with a bright smile. But her attention slowly goes to her mother who is standing on the opposite side of the road.

" Mom!" Emma waves her hand and smiles.

" Gotta go, Keya. See you tomorrow, then!" She waves her hand and runs towards the road to cross. She notices the light is still on. Without thinking such, she grabs her backpack and runs towards her mother until -

" Emma! WATCH OUT!"

Her mother's screaming from the opposite side doesn't reach her. She clutches her eyes shut when she hears a sharp sound of horn.
