"How are you feeling Autumn?" Adam asked me as we were driving back to my house.

"Really good, Adam. All of this will be over soon and I will finally be able to relax and move on with my life." Alice will become a thing of the past and I will be able to bring some closer to Leo's family, even if they hate me for keeping this a secret for so long.

"I'm glad, and I want to be there every step of the way. Of course, if you let me." He says as he takes my hand into his and looks at me tenderly. How easy my life would be if I could manage to fall in love with him. but right now I don't see that happening. I think I'm better off alone for now, well not entirely.
