"Stay closer with each other. There's a lot of undead lurking around, ready to pounce at any of us. Be vigilant."

Sovine and I lead the way while Grande was fixing her troop to gather together with the things we needed if something came up unexpectedly.

"You don't have a gun? Why?"

My attention bounced to Lieutenant William. I'm slightly irritated because he stuck himself to me like a leech.

I lifted my dagger. "This will do. I'll prefer this dagger than to run out with bullets."

This dagger was handed by Cerulean which he saw from the basement way back. He says that this dagger suited me. Its tip was sharp, that one contact with it, it can penetrate in someone's skin.

The stillness of its shape was a guise that anyone wouldn't know what's lurking beneath the surface. Wielding this, the dagger flickered dangerously more than its contour.
