Mia had been cooped up in her room for hours, trying to gather the courage to talk to Aspen. She knew that she had to tell him how she felt about him and that she wanted their relationship to go back to how it was before. She missed the way they used to talk and laugh together, and she couldn't bear the thought of losing him.

Taking a deep breath, Mia made her way out of her room and down the hallway. She could feel her heart pounding in her chest as she approached Aspen's door. She hesitated for a moment, her hand hovering over the doorknob, before finally mustering up the courage to knock.

Aspen opened the door, looking surprised to see her. "Hey, Mia," he said, his voice soft.

"Hey," she replied, feeling her cheeks flush with embarrassment. "Can we talk?"

Aspen nodded, stepping aside to let her in. Mia took a deep breath and followed him into his room, feeling nervous and unsure of herself.
