78~ A Call Back

I was busy going through the books. It was actually my favorite book in the library so I was going through this book, and I was finding it quite interesting as I always do back then when I was this kind of person who is eager to read books. Which of course I still am.

I was lost in the book until I got a call from an unknown number. At first I was staring at the caller and I didn't want to pick it up because I was so drawn to the book in my hands. And I didn't want to let go because I was so deep into this book as if it was my first time reading it.

I had to ignore the call hoping not to get it back until then the dialer called again and. I had to pick it up and end the disturbance once and for. I held the phone on my left ear waiting to hear the caller speak and he did.
