Luca’s POV

I bit at the curve of her hip through the material of her gown and I felt her jerk against me, and in the next second, her other hand which was free had come around to hook around my shoulder.

I glanced up at her and grinned a little, watching how color washed over her face, right before she averted her gaze from mine, pout slowly sliding back into place against her lips.

“Are you mad at me, bunny?” I asked in a low voice as I leaned forward and pressed a small kiss at the lower part of my stomach.

“I don’t know.” She responded after a few seconds, and she still wouldn’t look at me. I breathed out a low chuckle as I let go of her wrist and wrapped my now free hand around her waist to join my other hand there, and then I pulled her closer against me.

“You don’t?” I asked as I stared up at her, with my chin resting against her stomach. She felt so good against me this way, and it felt so casual and comfortable for me like this, with my head being pillowed by her sma
