Chapter Twenty-Five

Enzo rested his forehead against hers, sweet, delicious sensations he hadn't felt since Gianna coursing through him like never before. It was intense, strong yet intoxicating.

And he was in love with this new feeling. It was like he'd been reborn. It was energizing. For the past two years, anger and hatred was all he'd ever been capable of feeling.

He'd drowned himself in work all day long and if he ever happened to have a free time, thoughts of betrayal occupied his brain immediately which was why he'd joined the fighting arena.

But now, there was an additional emotion to what he was used to and though it scared the living daylights out of him, he couldn't say he didn't like it
