Chapter 55 The Aftermath

The investigator was first to arrive at Greg’s house. He put handcuffs on him and waited for the police to arrive. He had already found Greg’s address and was almost to his house when Talia called to tell him where she was.

A while later, her family walked into the police station. Addie, Cage, Marty, Madi, and Jared walked into the room MJ was being kept in. MJ looked at each one and then threw herself in her mom’s arms and cried.

“Ma’am we need you to be fully checked by the hospital. One of our officers will escort you and collect any evidence medical wise. We’ll need your clothes also. The hospital will give you some scrubs to put on.” Detective said.
