Chapter 17 Alone With Jasmine

Michael's POV

I walked and sat on the armchair as Joey took his gaze away from Jasmine, directed them to me, while he still mumbled out response from their discussion. Just as I sat down he muttered, “she hasn't seen Bridgette with any documents since they moved to Jim's house,I don't know how we would go about this”. He breathed out and walked closer to me.

“Is there any way I can help search for these documents?” Jasmine enquired.

“Yes you can be of help also but we will need Bridgette to be here as well”, joey hinted

“She is out with her lover,” she reiterated as they both looked at me. The surprise on his face was obvious, Joey's mouth fell open, while Jasmine kept silent, the fold on his face clustering on his forehead the most.

Taking his gaze away from me, he said to Jasmine “inform Bridgette to come to the pack house when you get home,or she should call alpha Michael”.
