Chapter 113: Promise me, Tyler

Nikita was fast asleep and was rolling on the bed, sleeping peacefully until the landline rang loudly disturbing her beauty sleep.

“Hello,” She picked up the call without even looking at the Caller ID or even bothering to open her eyes.

“Nikita, hope you’re ready,” The same voice manages to send a chill down her spine whenever she hears the voice speak up.

She managed to shift the phone farther from her ear, with her heartbeat beating fast and she suddenly became nervous.

She slowly placed the phone on her ear, praying silently that the call doesn’t take too much of her time.
