“I will love to know what happened this time Desiree, don't keep me hanging” Lois pleaded, while preparing myself some fruit juice.

Lois had relocated to her own apartment ever since she landed an HR job at her dream company.

“Nothing, I just left!” I sipped on my fruit juice.

“Look he had been dropping you off for over a month now and you just left?”

I sighed knowing I couldn't keep up with the lie for so long.

“He's just so arrogant, I can't even receive compliments again!” I ranted

“What happened?” Lois calmly asked

I spent over an hour explaining everything to her. Honestly I missed Lois and I just wished she could just hug me physically, and she just lives 45 minutes away .

“Seems like you both are in love!” Lois teased.

“What no, never, He will tire of me soon and once he's done I will relocate fully, never to see him again”..
