Chapter 71

A month has passed since the dinner with Nik's parents. For the past 2 weeks Nik has been very distant, we don't have a conversation more then two minutes. He is always on a phone call with someone, Isabella is also acting strange, I think she knows what is going on but anytime is ask her she tells me it is nothing.

Right now Nik and I are sitting in the patio spending sometime alone with Max, Isa and Esperanza are both taking a nap in the living room. Max is telling us about his school and how it is fun and has made many friends.

"Daddy tomorrow we will finally paint the big wall in my class. I can't to do it with Kylie and Jordyn" Max says
