I was brought back to the hut where we were staying from the hospital after a day. Even though I was feeling better now, my body felt extremely weak. Moreover, it wasn't just my physical health that was taking a toll on me but my mental health. The pain of losing an unborn child was a lot worse than I have ever imagined it to be.

My heart was in pain all the time. I kept on touching my belly and whenever I would be reminded of Rhys, tears would not just stop flowing.
