Chelsea has also tried to restrain and prevent Vano from ending his relationship with Celine, but the fact remains that this man is already disappointed and often taunted, as earlier. Naturally, Vano is also fed up, allowing Celine to have what she wants.

"It seems like both of you need some space and time to talk. My class is starting soon, by the way. So, I'll take my leave for now," Celine held Chelsea's wrist.

"Did you forget that I'm the one teaching your class? Because I'm here, please stay and witness whether Vano is really breaking up with me because of you, a cheap woman like you."

"That's enough, Celine!" Vano slammed the table, immediately drawing the attention of some students entering the cafeteria.

"Isn't it true, you want to say that you changed your mind because of this woman?" Celine's low voice persisted because she was still afraid that her relationship with Vano would end.

Vano struggled to contain his anger, ready to unleash all his vulgar words because the girl so easily called Chelsea a cheap woman.

Even though Chelsea had helped them so far and was willing to sacrifice her future to marry Vano's father. Celine was truly selfish, with all her empty words of love that never showed any proof of its truth.

"It's better if both of you go somewhere to resolve this. It's uncomfortable to have students starting to look at us. And, coincidentally, Celine isn't attending my class today, so I'll go straight to my father's office." Chelsea forcefully released Celine's grip on her wrist.

She tried to appear normal as she walked past two students whispering about the three of them. Chelsea didn't mind if there were rumors about her and Vano being in a relationship. She was more concerned about maintaining her reputation as a professor who knew her boundaries and didn't pursue her own students.

Because Chelsea was already seen as close to Vano.

Celine wanted to stop Chelsea but the increasing number of students in the cafeteria made her turn to Vano.

"I'll wait for you in the car," she said before leaving Vano without looking left or right. Celine walked straight towards the parking lot, completely losing her patience because Vano had been adoring her so much all this time.

Celine's initial intention to break up with Vano was solely to make him beg and ask her to stay. As usual, instead of resisting like before, he accepted her decision.

She really didn't want to discuss this, but Vano continued to follow Celine's footsteps, even though he had to wait until some students there focused on their own goals, not paying attention to what he and Celine had just done.

Vano was also preparing himself to be firm and ruthless with Celine because he didn't want to be controlled by her forever. It may be love, but love shouldn't make him feel pressured like this. He already didn't have his father's approval, and now he was constantly threatened like this. And he wouldn't be able to endure a love story like that.

Maybe his father was right, Celine wasn't the best for him. There might be another way to find the love of his life, and perhaps Celine wasn't meant to be his soulmate.

In order to speak with Celine, Vano left his car in the campus parking lot, entrusting it to the security guard on duty until he returned later, as Celine had brought her car today, so he would just ride with her.

As the car continued to drive further, Vano began to realize where they were going – Celine's apartment, not far from the campus. It took about 15 minutes to reach there. During the journey, both of them remained silent, choosing not to speak to calm their anger and avoid a heated argument later.

Celine quickly opened the apartment door and gestured for Vano to enter first. Vano had no suspicions at all, so he followed Celine's lead.

He sat on a sofa and waited for Celine to start the conversation since she was the one who had decided to end their relationship.

"To be honest, I told you we were breaking up so that you would come and apologize to me because I was jealous of seeing you getting close to Chelsea. I was afraid that everything you've been saying was just empty words, and I was afraid you might follow your father's wishes to try and love Chelsea. I did it..."

"This has nothing to do with Chelsea. It's because of your arrogant and self-centered attitude. Just because I love you deeply doesn't mean you can treat me the way you did earlier. How many times have you threatened to end our relationship? I think you can't even count it on your ten fingers.

So maybe it's time for me to give you what you want so that we can both introspect and figure out which parts need improvement. That way, if we're meant to be, our relationship will become stronger. We'll build a much stronger foundation.

I won't waste it, I promise, honey." Cupping Vano's cheeks.

“You heard me, Celine. I can't give you the answer.” Still trying to strengthen his heart to reject Celine even though in his heart Vano was struggling to accept Celine again as a lover.
