I woke up with the hope to see Fiona by my side but I was the only one on the bed. Slowly, I placed myself in a sitting position squinting my eyes slowly towards the window, due to the light of day. My eyes trailed around the room. Where was she?

Without further think, I got off the bed, wore my pants and hurried out of room all the way to the stairs where my nostrils caught the overwhelmingly aroma of the sizzling food in the kitchen. I walked down the stairs, made my way to the kitchen to see Fiona making scrambled eggs and some beacon but what caught my attention the most was that she was wearing my shirt which almost swallowed her whole.

Her hair was ruffled, her face brightened with smiles as she focused on cooking but I knew she was aware that I was present and watching her. She was absolutely adorable.
