I decided to go back to my room and get and get a few of my clothes, since I'll be living with Aiden from now on.

I put the last of my clothes into a big suitcase and closed it. I looked around the room that I had spent my entire life in. I did feel a bit wistful to be leaving my parents house like this.

Besides the time when I went away to study, I have never lived away from my parents before. It's going to be just one year but I felt that it was such a huge milestone for me.

Just then, the door to my room was pushed open and my mom walked in. She saw me closing my suitcase.
