Chapter 2

*THUGS THUGS THUGS THUGS THUGS THUGS*

The music echoed all over the bar. There are women who are dancing on the dance floor who are very drunk and are almost naked. There are also women who keeps on grinding their body and hips with their different men. Drake just turned away his attention to the scenario he was seeing.  He was just in a corner and quietly drinking his favorite wine. Sex on the beach. They are at Grenouille's Bar. One of the famous and best bar in town for the rich people like them. Bachelors, multi-millionaires, billionaire's, tycoons. Whatever people call them, they are all present in that bar.

He went to the bar because his friends called him. He didn't want to go though because he was not in the mood and he got quarreled and fought with his girlfriend Natasha, but he can'tdo anything because they had already picked him up. So even if it is against his will, he just went along.

"Hey man. What are you doing? C'mon now and let's enjoy the night. Don't be so grumpy." Said by one of his friend Lycan. He was carrying a bottle of wine and dancing as he approached him.

"I'm not in the mood Lycan. Just leave me alone and enjoy yourself." He boredly responded and drank the wine he was holding.

"You're ruining the night because of your grumpiness. Just let Natasha do what she wants. Its her life man. Why are you stopping her in reaching her dreams." Another friend of his who was with a woman said when he approached them, Kael.

He suddenly remembered the quarrel between the two of them. Natasha wanted to leave for New York to pursue her dream as a model and Drake did not like the idea of ​​her leaving. He knew that she would lose time with him and in their relationship because it was far away.  Their meetings and conversations will also be limited.  He can just go to New York with his private plane but it's different when she's just next to him. He'll feel more comfortable with the idea.

And the girl got angry at his decision on stopping her reaching her dream. She said that it seems like he restricts her and forbids her from the things she wants and enjoys.

He just sighed as he remembered their fight.

"It's not like I'm stopping her to reach her dreams. You guys just don't understand me. I love her so much that's why I don't think I can't let her go far away from me." He answered his friends. 

"And you don't understand what she wants either. Let her live her life. Don't stop her from what she wants to achieve. If you continue to stop her, it will be the cause of your break up. Stop being too possessive to her. Trust me." Lycan said that made him think. He then thought of it.

Maybe they are right? Maybe he’s really too strict and possessive with the woman and he doesn’t understand what she wants. Maybe because of his possessiveness she'd thought of leaving him. No.  She can't do that. Natasha won't do that. They've been together for almost three years now. And he loves Natasha so much. Thinking about her leaving him makes him crazy. He will definitely go crazy for sure. And maybe he'll commit unimaginable things if that happens.

He sighed heavily. "Okay, maybe you guys are right. Maybe instead of stopping her, I should support her instead. That's the only thing I can do for her after all." He said.

His friends shouted in happiness when they heard his answer.

"That's our man. You should have thought of it very sooner. So you didn't to waste your time hanging out here in the corner, sulking the like a broken man.  Tsk tsk." Lycan said.

"Okay, now that you're all good. Stand up and join us. Let's enjoy the night without thinking of anything. Alright baby!" Kael exclaimed happily then motion to have a toast. Drake stand up from the couch then do the toast with his friends.

He'll not think of Natasha now. He'll just enjoy the night first, then very early tomorrow he'll go see her and tell her that he'd already decided to support her in her dream to become a famous model.

He smiled and sipped the wine he was holding and accompanied the music.

*THE NEXT MORNING*

Drake woke up when an extreme headache. He went up to his bed and his head is spinning.

"Fuck! I really need to stop drinking." He muttered under his breath. He caressed his head then tried to stand up but failed. He took his phone from his bedside table then saw that it was already 9am and he needs to go to Natasha. So even though his head is like spinning and he's about to puke because of hangover and extreme headache, he still manages to stand and and walked to the bathroom to wash himself.

When he was finished he hurriedly wore clothes and went downstairs in the living room. He saw that her mother, sitting on the couch and looking like she has a big problem.

"Good morning mom," He greeted her and gave her a peck on the cheeks. His mother just nodded and smiled at him. "Is there any problem? Seems like you're a little bit sad. Where's dad anyways?" He asked fixing his polo.

"He left earlier." She simply said.

"Ohh." He answered and nodded.

"Son?" His mother called her with a sad voice which made look at her in confusion.

"Is there anything wrong mom? Did something happened?" He asked worriedly. He had never seen her mother that worried before, and it bothers him seeing her like that now.

His mother just look at him intently then shook her head and gave him a warm smile. His eyebrows arched to the sudden change of mood. He blinked twice then saw that her mothers face then glowed up. The sadness thay he saw earlier suddenly vanished and was changed into a glowing smile.

*Maybe I'm just seeing things?* He said in his mind. So he shrugged the idea.

"Anyways mom. I'm going to Natasha. And maybe I'll be back in the evening so don't wait for me on lunch okay?" He said then gave a peck again on his mother's before leaving.

He took his car keys on his pocket and drove his car. He smiled widely along the way. He can't wait to see her. He missed her a lot.

He took his phone then dialed the woman's number, no one answered the call.  But he called again many times, still not answer.

*Maybe she's still asleep?* He shook his head. Then he'll just surprised her then.

He continue to drive thinking about the woman that he loves the most.
