The next morning, Pierre picked Calla up from the hospital.

Stepping into Pierre's home, Calla was truly amazed.

"So, what do you think? Satisfied?" Pierre asked as he watched Calla tour his home.

"The home of a renowned lawyer is unlike any other—simple, clean, and filled with a scholarly vibe." Calla turned and remarked with a smile.

"A housekeeper regularly comes over to clean. I don't have time to tidy up, you see." Pierre placed a cup of hot milk in Calla's hands.

Calla looked down at the warm cup, feeling touched that he had thought of such a small detail.
